For this we are using existing development and test frameworks and optimize the use of them by developers via automated processes and extensions. EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
What you will do:
- Design and write code to automate the creation and maintenance of infrastructure for different development technologies (Java & ABAP) and products
- Implement, Monitor, Report, Continuous Delivery for / and with our Development Teams
- Experiment with new technologies to optimize the reliability and performance of our infrastructure automation
- Work with other development teams to support their needs for automating systems and infrastructure
- Train and bring consulting advices to your colleagues on domains of expertise
WORK EXPERIENCE
This is an entry level positions for graduates with a maximum of 2 years experience in software development
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Bachelor or master degree in computer science, business informatics or a related discipline
- Fluency in English and German language - verbal and written
- Development experience with JAVA or ABAP including automation tools (e.g. JUNIT, ABAPUNIT…)
- Good knowledge on Software Development Lifecycle processes
- Knowledge about various networking protocols & Unix Shell scripts
- Knowledge in some of these topics: data bases (Hana, mongo DB), cloud platforms, continuous Integration tools (e.g. Jenkins), source code management systems (e.g. Git)
- Passion for system engineering and automation
- Organization, documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships).
